The Replacements

The Replacements rule. They always did it their way. Had they played the game, they would have been to higher heights. Regardless, they made their mark.

I’ve got all their stuff, even the early TwinTone releases. There’s so much great material. I dig it all.

The first time I saw them was in 1987 in Bloomington, Indiana. I wish I was older and could have been in the Twin Cities in the late 70’s/early 80’s going to the Longhorn. That would have been spectacular.

The Replacements killed on Jimmy Fallon.

Here’s The Replacements Archive blog.

Here’s The Replacements website.

I salute Paul Westerberg and The ‘Mats.
